Brenda Vera, a 24-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost her life on January 17, 2017. Brenda was found fatally shot inside a vehicle on the 2500 block of Lister Avenue. The circumstances surrounding her death were initially unclear, but it was later revealed that she had been involved in a road-rage incident. According to court records, Eric B.
