Walker Jr., 32, a Black man, was riding through northwest Columbia, Missouri, on a sunny Sunday afternoon when gunfire suddenly erupted and a white 2007 Audi SUV became the center of a sprawling crime scene. At about 12:45 p.m. on March 26, 2017, officers were dispatched on reports of shots fired in the 1500 block of Garden Drive.
