On May 3, 2018, Robert E. Jennings, a 43-year-old male, was fatally shot in Columbia, Missouri. The incident occurred in the north part of the city on Greeley Drive, where police responded to reports of a shooting. Jennings, known to friends and family as 'Alfred,' was transported to the University of Missouri Hospital but succumbed to his injuries. The homicide sparked an investigation by the Columbia Police Department, which quickly identified a suspect in the case.
