Dontay Tolston, a 23-year-old resident of Columbia, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on January 2, 2014. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. in an apartment located in the 2000 block of Newton Drive. Tolston was found with gunshot wounds and was immediately transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 4 a.m. the following day.
