Reginald Ball, aged 51, tragically lost his life on March 14, 2021, in Columbia, Missouri. The incident occurred outside a Waffle House on Vandiver Drive, where Ball was fatally shot during an argument. According to court documents and witness accounts, the altercation began around 10:57 p.m. when Ball and Leo B. Robinson Jr., 50, engaged in a verbal dispute.
