Paschel Tourville, a 40-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, was found dead on April 1, 2017, in his residence located in Riverview, a neighborhood in North St. Louis County. The police were dispatched to the 100 block of Habecking Drive around 6:40 PM following reports of a shooting.
