Russell Rutherford, a 30-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on September 23, 2019, due to gun violence. The incident occurred in the 4800 block of Hammett Place at Euclid in St. Louis City. Rutherford was one of two fatalities in a double shooting that night. The other victim was 29-year-old Kent Hamm Jr. Both men were found with multiple gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene.
