Steven Combs, a 41-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on December 3, 2017. Combs was shot and killed while washing his car outside his house in Wellston, a suburb of St. Louis. The incident occurred around 11:40 a.m. on a Sunday morning.
