Steven Combs, a 41-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on December 3, 2017. Combs was shot and killed while washing his car outside his house in Wellston, a suburb of St. Louis. The incident occurred around 11:40 a.m. on a Sunday morning. Surveillance footage captured the suspect, dressed in all black, approaching Combs as he was bent down washing his car. The suspect then turned around and shot Combs six times as he stood up.
