In the spring of 2017, a quiet street in St. Louis County became the scene of a somber discovery. On a Sunday afternoon in late May, police were dispatched to a home on Lyndhurst Avenue following a report of shots fired. Upon entering the residence, officers found 55-year-old Christopher Myers, a male, suffering from a gunshot wound. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
