In the early morning hours of a Friday in Old North St. Louis, a housing complex became the scene of a fatal shooting that claimed the life of 24-year-old Da'twon Thompson. On October 1, 2021, police were dispatched to the Bristol Place Townhomes on Kisling Lane around 7:45 a.m.. Inside one of the residences, they discovered Thompson suffering from a gunshot wound..
