Blake Donlee Toolooze, a 23-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on August 16, 2020. Blake was found shot to death in the 8400 block of Minnesota Avenue in south Saint Louis. The circumstances surrounding his death were immediately treated as a homicide, prompting a thorough investigation by the Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
