In the early evening of April 8, 2019, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace of a St. Louis neighborhood, leaving a young man's life tragically cut short. Travon Richie, a 23-year-old male, was in the Dutchtown neighborhood, socializing with friends and family near Amberg Park in the 3800 block of Keokuk Street.
