Eugene Isiash Webb Jr., a 30-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on July 31, 2017. Webb was found dead in the street near 39th and Elmwood following a shooting that occurred in the early hours of the morning. The incident also left another individual injured, who was discovered in the grass nearby and subsequently taken to the hospital. According to police reports, the shooting involved multiple gunshots, possibly fired from an automatic weapon.
