On July 4, 2018, a 31-year-old White male named Dave Matthews was working his shift as a delivery driver for Imo's Pizza in St. Louis, Missouri. Around midnight, while fulfilling an order in the Tower Grove South neighborhood, he was ambushed near the intersection of Potomac Street and Gustine Avenue.
