On the afternoon of Saturday, February 4, 2023, a violent dispute between siblings turned fatal in the Carondelet neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. Kenneth James Evans, a 37-year-old male, became the victim of a shooting following a heated argument with his younger brother, Brad Anthony Evans.
