Jacob Hudson, a 36-year-old business owner from Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on October 6, 2018. The incident occurred near his home in the Carondelet neighborhood, specifically in the 6400 block of Idaho Avenue. St. Louis Police responded to reports of gunfire around 9:50 a.m. and found Hudson suffering from a gunshot wound in the street. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
