In the summer of 2019, on a warm July day in Pleasant Hill, Missouri, the community was struck by the tragic death of 18-year-old Wyatt Byron Bramwell. Born on August 19, 2000, the young man had his whole life ahead of him. A recent summa cum laude graduate of Pleasant Hill High School, he was preparing to embark on the next chapter of his academic journey at the University of Missouri at Columbia, where he planned to study Mechanical Engineering and Business.
