Death by Force

Male Benitez Marcedonio, a 27-year-old Indianapolis resident, died on August 1, 2009, in what was determined to be a homicide. Marcedonio's death occurred during a violent encounter in the city. Reports indicate that he was found with gunshot wounds in a location on the east side of Indianapolis.
