On July 30, 1977, the body of Sandra Talbott was discovered in a tree row near 111th Street South and 231st Street West in Sedgwick County, Kansas. She had been reported missing earlier that month, on July 11, from El Dorado. Sandra, a 27-year-old woman at the time of her disappearance, was last seen alive in Wichita near the intersection of 31st Street South and Broadway on July 12.
