Benjamin Lopez Jr., 27, was last heard from on June 2, 1991, when he called his aunt from Anchorage, Alaska, after leaving his home in Stockton, California, on May 31. He had flown from Bellingham, Washington, to Anchorage, leaving his vehicle behind. During the call, Benjamin told his aunt that he planned to go mountain climbing and would return home in three weeks, but he was never heard from again.
