Rodney March III, a 3-year-old boy from St. Louis, Missouri, tragically died on September 12, 2019, due to an accidental shooting. According to reports, Rodney was at home with his parents when he found an unsecured and loaded gun in the bedroom. The child accidentally shot himself in the head with the firearm.
