David "Dave" Rosa, a 45-year-old fire captain with the Long Beach Fire Department, tragically lost his life on June 25, 2018, while responding to an emergency call at a senior living facility in Long Beach, California. The incident began with reports of an explosion and a fire at the Covenant Manor, a multi-story residential complex.
