Joshua Simmons, a 15-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, tragically lost his life on April 15, 2022. The incident occurred during a planned transaction to purchase a cellphone, which had been arranged through an online marketplace. Joshua had gone to meet the seller at a public housing complex located in the 1000 block of East Via Wanda.
