On October 19, 2015, at approximately 12:35 a.m., the Long Beach Police Department responded to a shooting incident in the 2000 block of Magnolia Avenue, Long Beach, California. Upon arrival, officers discovered 25-year-old William Tyshoen Davis suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso.
