Jason E. Bandel, a 19-year-old from Long Beach, California, tragically lost his life on December 1, 1992. The incident occurred during a gang-related shooting outside a home in Long Beach. On that fateful day, a wake was being held for Rafael Presidio, a member of the KOS tagging crew, when the shooting took place. Jason Bandel was among the victims, along with several others who were injured in the attack.
