Benjamin McKinney, age 30, was shot and killed in the early morning hours of July 5, 2007, in Chicago. The incident occurred after Benjamin and a few friends traveled between two corner stores on the West Side of Chicago. He was shot five times, either upon exiting or returning to the vehicle.
