Keith Terrell Porter, a 42-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was found dead in his home on June 2, 2012. Porter was discovered unresponsive by a friend in his residence located in the 2700 block of James Cool Papa Bell Avenue. Upon investigation, it was determined that Porter had been shot in the chest sometime between 8:30 p.m. and midnight on the night of his death. The police were called to the scene, but no suspects were immediately identified, and the investigation remained ongoing.
