Lamont Romell Rhone, a 34-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on September 27, 2019. The incident occurred in the Penrose neighborhood of north St. Louis, specifically in the 4400 block of Farlin Avenue. Police responded to a call just before 7 p.m. and found Rhone suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in a vacant lot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
