Jose Alcaraz, 30, a Hispanic/Latino man, was gravely wounded late Monday night, November 25, 2019, inside a home along the 5000 block of Manchester Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri. Police were called to the residence at about 11:15 p.m. for a reported shooting, and when officers entered, they found him inside with a gunshot wound. They gave first aid until emergency medical crews could take over, then he was rushed to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
