Patrick Leeper, a 30-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically found dead in his home on February 12, 2020. The discovery was made by a relative who entered his residence in the Village of Uplands Park, a small community in north St. Louis County. Leeper had been shot to death, and the incident prompted an immediate investigation by the Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis.
