On the afternoon of Monday, August 6, 2024, law enforcement officials in St. Louis, Missouri, responded to a grim discovery in the northern section of the city. Officers were dispatched to the 4300 block of North Florissant Avenue, a thoroughfare situated along the boundary separating the Fairground and College Hill neighborhoods.
