OJ Pernell, a 44-year-old man from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on June 21, 2021. Pernell was one of the victims in a violent incident that occurred in the Greater Ville neighborhood of north St. Louis. On that fateful day, police were called to the scene near Sullivan and Warne avenues following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered multiple victims, including Pernell, who was found deceased on the grounds of Farragut Elementary School.
