Rickey Jemore' Lathan, a 35-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on July 12, 2022. The incident occurred in the Wells-Goodfellow neighborhood, where Lathan was fatally shot near his home on Semple Avenue. According to reports, the shooting stemmed from a dispute over fireworks.
