In the warm early evening of a late June day in Saint-Louis, Missouri, a young man's life was abruptly cut short. Twenty-three-year-old Marquis Townsend, a male, was engrossed in working on a vehicle on the 3300 block of Goodfellow on Saturday, June 24, 2017.
