Alexander S. Goeman, a 29-year-old resident of Springfield, Missouri, was fatally shot on June 23, 2020, at a home on the city's west side. The incident occurred in the 4100 block of West Kearney Street, where police responded to reports of a possible burglary around 2:15 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Goeman outside the home, having sustained a gunshot wound.
