In the late hours of March 15, 2020, Troy Rapp, a 57-year-old male employee at a Kum & Go convenience store in Springfield, Missouri, found himself in the midst of a sudden and violent tragedy. An ordinary night at the gas station on East Chestnut Expressway descended into chaos when a gunman, later identified as 31-year-old Joaquin S.
