On a summer morning in Saint Louis, Missouri, the Fourth of July in 2020 was marked by tragedy. Tiewyon Wiley, a 28-year-old male, was discovered inside a car on the 700 block of Thrush Avenue, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
