Melvon Smith, a 19-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on September 9, 2018. The incident occurred during a dice game in Spanish Lake, a neighborhood in north St. Louis County. According to police reports, Smith was involved in an argument with Anthony C.
