Andrew Dare Ameer, a 27-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on September 28, 2020. Ameer was shot during a carjacking while working as a Lyft driver. Born on January 30, 1993, in Florissant, Missouri, Ameer was the second of eight children.
