Jonail Carroll, a 21-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on November 24, 2020, in a double shooting incident in Velda City, a suburb of St. Louis County. The incident occurred in the afternoon when St. Louis County officers responded to a report of a crash. Upon arrival, they discovered two men inside a wrecked vehicle, both suffering from gunshot wounds. Jonail Carroll was one of the victims and was pronounced dead later that day at the hospital.
