Eric Hearton Jr., a 25-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on September 28, 2020. The incident occurred in Spanish Lake, a suburb of St. Louis County. According to reports, the St. Louis County Police Department responded to a disturbance call at an apartment complex on Suntree Drive around 7:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Eric Hearton Jr. shot to death in a courtyard near the rear of the apartment complex.
