Death by Force

Richard Minor, a 28-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically found dead on January 9, 2021. The incident occurred near East 55th Street and Cypress Avenue, where police responded to reports of a shooting around 3:15 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Minor inside a vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds.
