Kamari Hughes, a 23-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on February 1, 2021. He was found shot to death outside the Phillips 66 gas station on Randolph Road near the I-435 interchange with MO-210. The incident occurred near the gas pumps, and Hughes was just weeks away from celebrating his birthday. His family identified him as the victim, and the community was left in shock and mourning.
