Angel Ramos-Negron, a 25-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically killed on July 12, 2021. The incident occurred in the early morning hours when Kansas City police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Oakley Avenue, near East 16th Street, following a 911 call reporting a vehicle riddled with bullets.
