On a cold Saturday evening in Kansas City, Missouri, the life of 29-year-old Terrell L. Parker was tragically cut short. On February 16, 2019, at approximately 9:15 p.m., officers responded to a call at a residence in the 5700 block of Manchester Avenue. Inside, they discovered Parker, who had been fatally shot.
