Demonte Walker, a 15-year-old from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on June 25, 2018. He was one of two teenagers shot near 36th and Wabash that evening. The other victim was 16-year-old Jeremiah Stewart. Both boys were rushed to Truman Medical Center but unfortunately did not survive their injuries.
