Che Jefferson, a 35-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on January 5, 2022. The incident occurred following a disturbance that escalated into a shooting. According to reports, officers responded to the 3500 block of South Benton Avenue around 10:30 a.m. after receiving calls about gunfire. Upon arrival, they discovered that a confrontation between several individuals had led to Jefferson being shot.
