In the late summer afternoon of August 29, 2019, tragedy struck in Kansas City, Missouri, claiming the life of 29-year-old Elijah Jabril Muhammad. The incident unfolded in the 1400 block of Bellefontaine Avenue, where a chaotic scene of gunfire erupted, forever altering the lives of those present.
