Rahjee Eugene Byers, a 24-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on August 22, 2022. Byers was fatally shot in the 5000 block of Olive Street, an incident that has left his family and community in deep mourning. According to reports, Byers was an innocent bystander caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.
