On the morning of May 15, 2021, police officers in St. Louis, Missouri, were dispatched to the Wells-Goodfellow neighborhood following reports of a shooting. Upon arriving at the 1900 block of Arlington Avenue around 11:48 a.m., first responders discovered a victim suffering from severe injuries. The individual had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and was found in a critical condition, neither conscious nor breathing at the scene.
